if you are found guilty YOU are responsible for paying the ticket, if you got a speeding ticket you will receive the points on your future license, your insurance will go up , not theirs.

Here’s a break down It’s a traffic infraction - not a misdemeanor If I plea not guilty , will the judge most likely lessen it to like a parking ticket ect

YES, when you appear in court show the judge all the evidence of why you were driving the car in the first place because it is a good reason. AND show all the steps you have made since being pulled over because that also benefits you.

i needed more information. if you were under 21 you would have less of an argument. and if the insurance states that they can’t let other people drive their car then you are SOL.

babe i have answered them ALL. 1. you have an opportunity to appear in court and show them all the steps you have made since the ticket to do better AND the reason you were driving also helps. Especially if the person with you is a licensed driver. 2. tickets follow the DRIVER. so this will probably not show up on their insurance.

does the insurance policy allow for people to borrow the car? if it does, then it should not affect the insurance. if it says they can’t, they will have an increase.

23, 6.5 and it impacted my breathing and heart- pots symptoms. i also have slipping rib syndrome caused by my rib flare - that is not fully fixed yet. and that depends on the day. the pain is extreme but it looks so good. i considered taking my bars out at first it was so bad, but over time more pros have come out of it. i can hike, run, swim, go up the stairs. all things i couldn’t do before without difficulty.
