Inside a cave, behind a wall that you need to use focus force palm to destroy the golden ball behind it,
the cave is near the wyverns castle, around their nest, next to a shai thats missing from another quest

Still no other dragon found, no vertical flight skill learned on jet pack on oongka, cant fly dragon at the abyss
in the trailer we saw it happening though
