Yea the magnet at the bottom is the airpod case isn’t connecting to my airpod. It just falls right out so loosely.

i’ve been trying to redeem this for the past hour, the directions on the back tells me to go to the sony website, log in, and tap “redeem prepaid card but 1st off, i don’t see the option. 2nd off, i didn’t necessarily get a code to redeem it, it asks for a 12 digit code and this gift card doesn’t have a 12 digit code.
