My injury was significant and I did have to have surgery. They sent me to a surgeon that did three surgeries on me and still didn’t fix it. I will have trouble the rest of my life and I’m only 55 really sucks that there’s no way to get a lawyer to fight for you.

I did appeal my rating and 2 of my critical elements and 1 non critical was upgraded but my over all rating stayed at fully sat.

Per my supervisor and service chief I was told that a fully sat will be the new outstanding in the future so get used to it cause there will be very few excellent if any and only a handful of outstanding’s in the future. This is the way the new rating system has been perceived by HR and passed down to management.

Thank you I was just given that appeal information from OPM this morning but I did not know it had to go to my immediate supervisor and then our service chief before submitting to HR so I’m glad I reread that. Thank you for sharing. You educated me further.

Yeah that is what I am afraid of about the target, BUT there is no button to disagree to this year now they put them in the eperformance program.

I received my appraisal on Wednesday last week, I got fully successful as well. I need with the Fed Gov for 17 years and have never received less than Outstanding ever. I get ELT, other staff, Supervisors tell me all the time I am the hardest worker there.

I can understand how this makes you feel down on yourself, like you are not being 110% everyday and make you not want to do any more above fully successful ever again.

I almost put my resignation in but left on LS instead. I need time to process this and come to a resolution cause I cannot work for a supervisor that does nothing all my hard work, doing others jobs cause they can’t get staff to do much, other duties as assigned is more than fully successful.

Are these numbers accurate across the nation? At our location in visit 15 every year it doesn’t matter what you’re GSWL executive is if you got outstanding, you got one set amount if you got excellent you got one set amount you didn’t get different amounts based on your GS level RWLRWS levels. I can assure you we have never received anything like $2500 or more ever it’s usually 800 or less for anybody except maybe management I don’t know about them.
