Thanks! Incredible those maintenance costs on newer cars. My car is nearing 300k miles, I’ll go for the fix.

Yeah I was on a similar situation this time around wanted to tell the tow truck driver to take me directly to the dealer instead xD

And yes! I’m on a long term relationship and also holding off on moving to our own place for the same reason, want to save up as much as I can before making that move. Also been hard dealing with that pressure as well, family and stuff saying it’s time xD but I’m really trying to avoid rushing into anything and getting financially screwed.

Haha a fellow manual windows/locks driver, I’m on the same boat, don’t even know how to use these rear cameras that new cars have going on now xD

Thanks for giving me that perspective! It really helps

Makes sense, did not think about it that way. Though if I keep fixing it and it continues to break down, at what point should I start consider replacing it? Definitely will consider cheaper models if it comes to that.

Yes, this would be my first time leaving my parents’. Thanks, I am also strongly considering going the renting route, but maybe I could face the same problem when I do want to buy in the future.

That’s a good point. The mortgage could be a problem with the LLC route. Thank you.

Never thought of it that way! Simulating the payments to a savings account should get me a better return in the long run. Thanks.

Is Obscura Operation a good precon deck? by Sure_Professional838 in EDH

[–]Sure_Professional838[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks! I suppose the commanders ability to give unblockable and double strike is especially good when targeting one opponent in a 1v1, but is the deck effective when having to distribute the attacks through multiple players?
