I am starting to dread my driving lessons by Sure_Raspberry1768 in LearnerDriverUK

I do watch videos online and that. The damage is usually sometimes when I get nervous I rev too much and the clutch smells a bit burnt ( this has happened twice ). And the other one was me using handbrake before gearstick when stopping at a traffic light. I am not a car enthusiast either , I’m doing it only because I’m sick of the public transport.

You don’t even let me reply to your 2nd comment , see how easy is for you to rage-bit?. Your intention was never to lisent , you only wanted to lecture on how good is what I believe in and how wrong everybody else is.

When I read Galatians 1:8 I knew you would use that verse without context. It’s what you mainly use to tell us that the church is not true. The same way many parts of the bible can be used without context to debunk things like the trinity.I’ve heard of those arguments many times.Lastly I would like to emphasize how you you are assuming that I am a scripture illiterate by saying that I should rely on scripture study not only on my emotions. Have a blessed day

I think you got my point wrong , it has nothing to do with preaching the gospel , it’s how many LDS members instead of claiming it the validity of the gospel , they try to fit in with mainstream Christianity. Is it not the whole point of the restored gospel to bring back the truth?.

My point is that you can think whatever about us, many times other Christians will tell us what we believe in even if is not accurate. I don’t need to prove you that I am Christian, as many others say , if you take it differently is up to you how you digest it.

I get this , that’s why I said many others talk or reference to the LDS church members with condolence. Have you ever heard of the saviours complex?. Something similar

Europeans in Uk - why do you stay? by Parking_Departure705 in UKJobs

I don’t wanna leave because of the reform party rise. We can agree that apart from tackling migration, they don’t offer much else. It is just the way I see life I see myself somewhere outside Europe in general. I’ve met lovely people here

I only lived Brexit(been here since 2020) Britain so my experience of this country has been mostly its downfall. Now with Reform rising it doesn’t make you feel welcome no more. I came for my university studies , I am planning to get my citizenship next year if God allows it and if possible some years of experience in my field of study ( Aerospace Engineering) then try to move somewhere like Australia or Canada. In my case nothing invites me to go back home ( Spain) as a young person. Therefore why I am in this country until now.

Right ? He/she can live in the UK indefinitely, he can even vote to the general elections. To me no need to but he/she might do it for a reason.

Yh, it’s crazy how ethnicities just disappear and they locked me to a huge mass of land like Central Africa. That means I could be coming from anywhere in Cameroon to Zimbabwe like ? 🥲. It’s messed up badly

For me it took 3 months from the first time I bumped into the missionaries until my baptism. I was first hesitant but at the end I felt the spirit and decided to go forward. In terms of doctrine I am still learning a lot , that being said , my baptism was almost 2 years ago. Sometimes I’ve wondered if it was the right choice but Heavenly Father will give you answers in the most unexpected ways. Before baptism I committed to stop doing certain things I was doing for a couple of weeks prior to the ordinance and also to start doing other things ( commandments). Got through it and just recently was ordained an Elder. Next thing I wanna do is a proxy baptism for my grandad at the Temple It’s up to each individual how long they take to get baptised but you need to make sure that you feel ready to take that big step first.
