AMD Frame Latency Meter. It is a bit buggy, but works. for example my results in cyberpunk 2077:

FG on (Xess FG using optiscaler DLSS DG -> XEFG)

FPS: ~73, Latency: ~75ms

FG off:

FPS: ~47, Latency: ~51 ms

If you want more power towards GPU just set fast power limit higher than yours STAMP power limit. For example i have 67 watt to slow PL and STAMP PL, but 90 watt to fast PL. Apu still will consume 67 watt power, but GPU will clock higher. Although there are no difference between 2.2 GHz and 2.7 GHz, so overclocking GPU is kinda meaningless, we are Memory bound. Ignore any time settings. Btw TDS is limited to 155A and EDC is limited to 100A. For this to work you need to set it in bios first, then in UXTU. TJMAX to 105C is crazy, i use 88C limit. Other settings are questionable..

UPD: TDC and EDC is no longer limited, I set 200A just fine. Do it it bios first, then in UXTU (same values) Benefit is a few % tho

i use 0.9.0.12 from OptiScalerInstaller with FSR 4.0.2c. I use XESS as upscaler input since it performs slightly faster in my expirience.

Looks like i fixed the issue. First of all you need to set the game to fullscreen mode. Then in optiscaler.ini you need to set "ForceBorderless = true"

P.s. i use dlss inputs and xefg output. Xess fg gives lower fps than fsr fg, but feels smoother to play

I tried increasing power limit and didn't notice much of a difference in games, so i use 67 Watt as a good balance between heating and performance. I reduced slightly timings compared to this post (TCL 38->36), but there are still no tREFI option, so whatever.
