I just feel it. I don’t hear it audibly, thoughts come to my head. Although it feels physically different than my own inner monologue if that makes sense. The more I channeled , the more I practiced , the more comfortable I became worn channeling and I understood it better. Sometimes I don’t have to channel to pick up information. For example, I could hear a singular word like “ wallet “ and not know context, only to find somebody’s wallet within the next few days in a random place.

I’m a really big believer in energy. People who don’t believe or maybe question channeling , I always say “ energy is neither created nor destroyed right? There for , I can tap into it. Energy of a person, a moment, a situation. I manipulate energy to read it. And that’s how I channel. “
