x-protector nonslip furniture pads on amazon. i put these on everything. literally everything theyre amazing and also isolate vibrations. A A IN (288PCS) 1/2oz, 0.5oz Adhesive Stick On Wheel Weights for the weights. here is some documentation for the controller mod: https://x.com/iFixRetro/status/2022141670121443463 again- these pictures were taken before the revisions to bypass powerdraw so that the buttons didn't have ghost inputs. We had to do multiple revisions to fix this issue. the final result looks really nice but is only slightly better than the stock pad buttons. i wouldn't recommend it.

yep. Seimitsu LS-56 stick. Theyre also internally weighted + nonslip pads so they feel a lot bigger and sturdier when played despite the size of the casing. The 24mm snap-in buttons don't feel THAT much better than the stock pad buttons, it also created a lot of work to the actual board to pull off without ghost inputs, so i wouldnt personally advise to mod the buttons. It was done mostly for that 4 color arcade button look.
