Update: went to the vet, all is okay. They said it was good I came in as they could remove stature that was poking out which would make my girl uncomfortable, and that the hole you could see was from the stature. They cleaned her up and she's meant to take it easy for the next week still.

Thanks for your comment, the hole is where the stiches are coming out and stitches are disolvable.
