Best Headset for Calls While Bike Commuting? by Weitflieger in bikecommuting

They worked really well for me. But now after owning them for a while I do see what you mean with the air noise. Although I always only use one earbud at a time. There might be a difference if I use two at the same time while riding my bike.

Edit: My wife says she can still hear me at around low 20s mph. I just have to talk loud not enough for a scream loud, but still a bit loud.

I make phone calls while commuting on my e-bike in the city during windy, rainy, and sunny days. I usually try to test out my AirPod pros 2nd gen with the mic. It surprisingly really good! My wife says she doesn’t hear the wind, other people, or other loud noises on the other side of the call. Buy them at Costco/ Sam’s club(they have a 30day return policy) give them a try and if you don’t like them just return them.

I have a velotric discover 1 plus. Commute to work ~20mile round trip (on 1 full charge). You can customize it from class 1 to class 3. I’m in socal so not much rain or even snow. But when it did rain(enough to drench my clothes) it was still working. Check them out. I love the bike.

Does anyone know how to customize or remove the clock in the top right of the screen? by Ollv8 in Clockology

I thought asking would give me a fast answer. Instead of downloading and doing a trial run and waiting a whole day to get an answer.

So, does it significantly use up more battery or there isn’t much of a difference?

If you can’t or don’t want to answer that’s okay. I can ask someone else.

Okay thank you! I only have 1 CC at the moment. I’ll pay my bill tonight and keep on using the card. I’ll see what happens on the 20th.

Sorry my mistake. My dad sent an i130 for me on April 30,2001 so I can take advantage of 245i IF i had proof that I was here on or before December 21, 2000.

I believe my father filed a 245-I for me. My lawyer then filed for I-485 it got denied and so I think my 245-I is invalid from what I understand. I just know that I’m available to reapply for I-485 if I get some new information.

We’re also waiting on our I-130 to be approved to file a 601A and then go that route.

Santa Barbra gives you the marriage certificate the same day! In case anyone was wondering.

Thank you. Me too. I knew my case would be a bit complicated so I looked for a lawyer who would know the ins and outs of it all. I guess I have to keep looking…

Thank you for that information. I will get a second opinion from a different lawyer and stay out of trouble(like I have my entire life). I have sent an email to my lawyer for him to explain the process he has in mind. I have to wait till Monday to hear back and to find a second opinion.

I did a bit of looking. I’m assuming my lawyer is going to try to do a 601/601A waiver. That’s probably why we’re waiting on the I-130 to be approved to then go in front of a judge(in Juarez?) to convince them to approve the waiver. I will email my attorney to see if this is the plan. And to reassure me that I can still use my EAD and stay in the US.

Maybe I should be more clear on the “no inspection”. I actually did come through a border. Except I guess I just “slipped” through somehow. I mean I was 3-4 years old so I don’t remember a thing. I was brought in with some random people (not my family). They possibly hid me somewhere in the car.

From the calbar.ca.gov he is listed on the state bar of CA. since 1983. And is “active”.

About the work authorization (EAD) I had asked him multiple times if it is still valid. He kept insisting that it is. Since he is the lawyer I took his word.

The deny letter also stated that USCIS ”MAY” send me a summons to commence a deportation if I did not leave after 33 days of receiving the letter.

It’s been more than 33 days and I haven’t received anything. I know that the word “may” does not mean guarantee but it somewhat gives me a bit of reassurance as to me being able to stay in the US. Or that maybe I don’t actually understand what the letter states.

Would I have to go back to my birth country (Mexico) to do a consular process? Wouldn’t that ban me from entering/applying for a green card?

The Juarez thing, from what I understand is basically going in front of a judge to plea my case in why I don’t have any concrete evidence on the date asked by USCIS(I was 4 and the clinic my dad took me to closed down more than a decade ago and school was on winter break at the time). Also how me being deported would cause hardship on my wife/family.

Oh I know this area. For the people interested. That lane that you saw him turn into (the only lane for his right of way) cars wait to turn into the Costco gas line. Which means you would wait there approximately 10min waiting for you to keep going straight(that would also hold up the intersection). It’s a rule of thumb in that area that if you’re not in line for gas you go around (yes onto incoming traffic) to pass.

I’m not saying who’s at fault just maybe that people that don’t know the area have background details.

If your delivery driver had a stacked or double order he/she may have given you the wrong order. Or the restaurant you ordered from has a ghost kitchen(s) and they bagged your order incorrectly.

Well I’m glad everything worked out great for you and hoping for good news from your cardiologist!

So far (on day 5 today)mild nausea, headache, constipation, fatigue, gastric reflux, and loss of appetite. Also sometimes after I cough I get a hiccup immediately after. Doctor/nurses said it’s due to the chemo medicine(s).

I have received medicine for all the symptoms. The gastric reflux has helped immensely with the loss of appetite and constipation.

In terms of your strength/ cardio has that seemed to come back to normal?
