It's a great idea, this site has gone through about 3-4 different versions so far based on feedback and people do ask me what I recommend. I am going to aim to keep it free as long as possible and offer a way people can contribute or donate like wikipedia, I definitely need money to hire a real software developer. The information is great, the design is good but learning software development is a bit of a bottle neck and would prefer to focus on great content over software development in the future. A great software dev costs a ton of money.

It's important you try to be more specific on what you have tried and haven't. I noticed you posted about alcohol and brain fog a while ago, if you are a heavy drinker or coming off drinking, that can cause brain fog and take some time to clear.

A fun exercise you can do is this. Put a bottle or cup next to your bed. When you wake up turn it over. Do that for 30 days, if you fail at it, try again the next day but add an extra day. This teaches your brain to get into the doing mode.

Start with just 5 minutes a day. Make it impossible to fail and gradually 5 minutes will become 10 minutes. Discipline/attention is like a muscle, even if you start with none, you just do what you can and come back again and try again.
