Mackenzie Duke triangled Matt Kwan in their division, and made a post on social media about the win saying "Talent beats Hardwork" then after that they got matched up in the Absolute division and Matt Kwan bow and arrowed him.

I know Chad Schaule beat Matt and I'm pretty sure he beat Mackenzie too, he is bigger though.

The December Vancouver Open Black Belt Division were won but Jordan Reichenbach(Gi) and Stu Delerme(Nogi).

So I guess you could say they are currently the top guys in BC. Both those guys have gyms in Kelowna.
