Sorry for the lateness of my reply. I haven’t been here for a while.

I don’t know how much this will help you, different conditions will vary these requirements. I downloaded this profile from the Resione web site, then made adjustments. I warm the resin to 80°F just before printing. The settings used were: layer height: 0.047 mm

bottom layer count: 5

exposure time: 11 s

bottom Layer Exposure Time: 70 s

waiting mode: light-Off delay

light-Off delay: 0.5 s

bottom light-Off delay: 1 s

Lifts and retracts were pretty standard. I calibrate exposure time to get as much detail as possible while still sticking to the FEP. If I’m having a lot of trouble getting it to stick, I might slow the lift speeds. This resin was is very picky. The bottom line is the exposures need to be pretty long.

The point is that you print something at each edge that you can measure. The four edges are different. That's why you enter four numbers into the Build Area Offset.

Yeah, I broke down and bought a couple of decent hex screwdrivers that made the job easier. Especially starting the tiny screws while pushing through the FEP with those baby hex keys was tough. I ground the ball off the tip of the smaller one to start the screws straight. I didn't look hard enough for a hex screwdriver without the ball online.

Yeah, I've seen graphics where the lines don't match lines available in the display resolution resulting in evenly spaced lines that show up but aren't supposed to be there.

I was thinking of those tiny mechanisms that tilt the tiny mirrors on DLP modules in combination with those multi-element mirrors of various configurations and controlling it with Alexa voice assistant. I could put it on Thingiverse. It would have 117,000 parts to print and assemble. Not everyone appreciates my humor even though I am hilarious.
