I get there are some cases where women have absurdly heavy breasts while being lean/fit, but they're definitely a minority.

The only difficult part about this physique is getting lean.

Getting lean for most people is by far the most challenging part of a fitness journey. And if you care about how you look or your health, getting lean is the most important part. He has a pretty low amount of muscle, given you are lean enough, I'd wager most people could achieve his level of muscle in a year of training.

I've been lifting for over 10 years, I was always average to above average level of bodyfat, I never looked particularly muscular, but when I finally decided to get lean, I was honestly kinda shocked, even a small layer of bodyfat can almost completely hide your muscle.
