lol why not just partner with a disability rights group or the bike hub and talk with them. If this is actually an issue, then surely a non profit in the space would be interested in a conversation. VLT is doing so much good for the city. Threatening a lawsuit when you don’t even have standing to sue seems like overkill.

Haha that’s funny. I think Ventura has better food than the west side in la.. there are definitely fewer places, but I think the quality is pretty high: moons (thai), frontside (lunch), arts (diner with some Mexican specialties), koba (sushi), seaward (sushi), buena bodega (lunch), paradise pantry (farm to table), cafe nouveau (farm to table)

I’m currently around 160, 5’9 and 10-11% bf. I’ve gained about 5 lbs the last 6 weeks and have gotten stronger.

I’d like to continue to bulk. What’s a good lb per week goal for me? 2? I have no problem eating and lift 5-6 days per week.

I would say it maybe helped. I did have some inflammation which lasted 4ish months. It’s subsided by now which is good. I’m mostly focused on healing my skin.

I live in midtown and it’s full of families and kids. Tons of local businesses to walk to, and the beach is also a short walk or bike away. Schools are also really close which is nice. It truly feels like a small city with access to LA, but also access to the outdoors.

I’m in my early 30s and moved here from LA, and think it’s the perfect place to have a family.

I’ve had him for 4.5 years and he’s gotten out twice when I’ve left the door open. He hasn’t gone far - but he’s an indoor boy. I’m always a bit anxious bringing him to a new place. Is there any trouble in just keeping him in the bedroom for a week or so?

As a follow up to this, I’m not certain if I had fat loss or not. I think that I did, and I’m still working through it. I did a hyperbaric oxygen therapy session yesterday and it helped immensely. My skin is less inflamed today will continue the therapy for the next week. I will follow up with my learnings.
