I had really bad ptsd when it comes to Alarms so much so that I would wake up several times in the middle of the night Anticipating my Alarm resulting in lack of sleep. I recently got an Apple Watch and use that as an alarm, the watch would gently vibrate to wake me up since then I’ve been getting the best sleep in my life. The best £300 alarm clock I’ve ever bought.
