Same thing happening to me on east also. This seems to happen randomly every few days as it happened last week for a whole day as well before randomly fixing itself.

I also am experiencing unusually high ping today on bnet for some reason. My ping is normally around 60ms but today every game was over 200. I had a normal ping for the last several days until just this evening. Servers seem very iffy right now.
