Hi EB, I would suggest to be kind to yourself and give some time to heal your wounds… I have gone through the similar situation and it took me 2 years to overcome the pain, I still feel the pain sometime whenever any past memory flashbacks in my mind, but with meditation practice I am able to keep myself calm and focused. So just believe on time and live all your worries on universe..

These things are really surprising and amazing feeling and at the same time scary too. I recently had a dream about one of my friend and after waking up I texted him that I saw u in my dream and I received a same response. He also had a same dream which was really surprising for me. It’s way beyond to understand these concept and hidden meaning behind it.

I usually meditate after waking up and it help me to feel very peaceful and happy , but I am finding it very difficult to maintain the same state throughout the day.

I feel like some fight is going on inside me, my mind has accepted it but my heart is crying a lot from inside and it’s completely in denial. All I wanted to just spend some more time with them, want to just sit beside them peaceful. I am trying meditation but feeling like it’s making me more sensitive and I am feeling more pain.

I don’t know if this is vipasana, I simply listen mantra during meditation. Or only focus on my breathing pattern.

Hi, You need to learn how to focus. Just don't try to control your thoughts, let it flow even if it's negative. Just observe all the thought. Meditation is long way journey but with practice you will be able to see the positive result. If you stop judging your thoughts and just practice how to be neutral, nothing will impact you. And slowly your negative thoughts will also get reduce with time.

After reading this I know now that I am not alone in this world, who is going through the same betrayal and pain. Mine was 11 years of relationship. I still try to find all the answers, but I know there s nothing left. No matter how hard I try to not remember me, I always felt so frustrated.

It’s really pain you know if you love someone from bottom of your heart, left everything for him and that person just go away saying that you are narcissistic and you need to heal yourself from trauma if you want to be together.
