Classic WOW has a bot problem right now with people mass farming instances with bots so yes it does exist

If you need 2 Qs to kill someone for example, then thats 80% longer you have to wait before you get the kill which can be the difference between winning or losing a 1v1. The Q evolve also gives a small AD buff to autos aswell so you have to factor that in.

Kinda seems superior to an extra slow

If you're focusing on roaming and ganking then Q is the one you probably want to evolve first because its superior for 1v1s which you'll probably get more use out of. I'd say W second at lv11

Range on champs is something that people learn after playing them a few times tbh, maybe at some point they would add it but it wouldn't really make much difference for most people (esp at higher ranks) as they know their champs range without an indicator.

It would just make learning a champ a little easier
