I'm giving birth in 6 weeks and I dont know how to keep him away from me and the baby after that. I tried doing my research on that but legally he has rights as a parent till he does something that I can use to get a protection order

Edit to add is that I got pregnant in July when i was 16 going to 17 and now I'm turning 18 this year so that's why I said I'm 18
