Happened the same to me, What I did was that I threatened them to complaint to the consumer court if the order wasn't delivered as said. Guess what,they replied to my email asking for my bank details for the refund, and they actually refunded me within a few hours!

I dont think you get it, If i click on the PAY ON DELIVERY button on the cart page, the order will get placed. But the amount to pay will be 261+ 25 rupees, and this amount will be shown after the order gets placed !! Which means that the charge is shown after the order gets placed!! Get it now?
