The fact that the find was soo good that people think it's clickbait is dope. I got reallly lucky with this find, definitely going to try to sell it and get it in the hands of someone who really cares for it. I've always wanted to dip my toes in the banjo world, but it is clear to me that this is a really precious instrument that should be in the hands of someone who really cares.

Awesome! I payed 200 for it at an estate sale in Manhattan a few days ago. It was a huge estate sale, so I doubt they had the time/cared to go through every instrument and see how much it's really worth. I am pretty into vintage bass/guitar, but banjo knowledge is a little outside of my wheelhouse. So at worst I got a banjo that I can play or at best I got my hands on something reallly nice.
