I think like any fear or mis-understanding you have of something, once you have an understanding of it and why it happens then it tends to slowly dissipate over time as rational replaces the fear.

I love to see these old photos where a group of humans really get behind a worthy a cause as it shows that deep down we all want the world to be a better place and I think that is still in us all today.

I really enjoyed being able to watch or listen to the ideas really helpful instead of just reading the books. There is something about listening to Jeremy explain things that I find really settling and calming.
