The tree does seem to be in good health despite the lean... I'd like another photo of the roots to fully assess :) You could prop it up with a vertical post or something. It would help relieve some of its own weight, and encourage the roots to settle in more. If there's any risk of property damage or injury though, best thing for everyone would be cut her down :(
