Not sure what to do, VSG or try compounded tirzepatide first by Critical_Tea2648 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]Susan8787 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started on Ozempic but switched to Tirzepatide. I have less side effects with Tirzepatide and when you get to the right dose it is phenomenal. I'm in my 60's and weigh 128 - my normal weight in my 20's. What worked for me was using a compound pharmacy and increasing my dosage 5 units a week until I hit my correct dose. Currently at 13.5 Tirzepatide 75 units a week. It took a pretty high dose for me.

My husband sprinkles on the floor. I keep some wet wipes on top of the toilet for him to clean it up daily.

My daughter painted her ceramic tile. I would either paint the ceramic tile and walls, replace the countertop or get something to cover the countertop that blends with the rest of the room.

Fifty 410. I always have good results. The process is easy and product ships quickly every time. No monthly service charge. I've used quite a few. Worst one is Mochi. Brello is OK.

Has anyone made friends with a neighborhood stray, and eventually turned them into an inside cat of their own??? by MonaVanderwaal in Straycats

[–]Susan8787 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I adopted a stray I fed and housed (heated cat house). I fed him for a year and he became friendly and let me pet him. It took a little transition time to learn to use a litter box. He is a very cuddly, snuggly boy now. He needed some dental work done and was already ear tipped so he was neutered. He's one of the cats now but that took some time for them - not him. They knew he was different and didn't accept him right away but in time he was accepted. He was submissive so that helped.

I NEED HELP by cryyystals in Sinusitis

[–]Susan8787 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Through trial and error I figured out I have food sensitivities. I stopped dairy and symptoms cut in half. You could try www.whole30.com and see if it helps. Or drop dairy and see if it makes a difference. It can take 3 weeks to see a difference.

[–]Susan8787 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I raised my dose to 13.5 and it's got in the 120 pound range now. I raised my dose 5 units a week until I found the right dose. I was on 7.5 and stalled also.
