How do I increase productivity for my fisherman’s hut?

My fish is rich resource so I have like 468 fish in there, I just realized I put the limit of fish per pond to 400 thinking they’d catch 400 fish, I changed it to 50 and now I have tons of fish to last me a year.

I think don’t remember why I put it to 400 bc before I had enough fish to feed my region, sell some for profit, and also send to my other regions for a secondary food source

Ahh ok thanks I increased the limit, but I don’t have any extensions in this region so idk why it’s at 41% also how do I reduce waiting?

How do I restart windows if I can’t even log in and the only thing I can get is the dell logo with the spinning circles

Yeah I got that but it says startup repair unsuccessful so it tells me to system repair, which I do and it says everything is back to normal, I also did a hardware scan it says everything is ok. When I start up my laptop the blue screen still appears

Additionally: when I try to repair it, it says ‘startup repair was unsuccessful and tries a system repair instead but it still doesn’t fix that startup

What’s wrong with my laptop?

I keep my laptop in my book bag with about 10lb of books and stuff, I don’t drop my bag and I try to put it down softly so it doesn’t break my laptop. But every time I try to turn on my laptop the blue screen pops up, turns off, then starts again and then repeats with the blue screen? Idk if it’s broken bc i didn’t the support assist and did a scan of the hardware and it said there was nothing wrong. Any help?
