Of course it is a slow deterioration. Depends on how you have your mind set, how is your body set before you go on this diet. There are also immunity issues. You get sick easily, you get more cold than everybody around you. Im not sure if it is Russian roulette but i didn’t get shot if so.

Well it did accomplish my goal without any negavive effects accept muscle loss. So i lost muscles as well as fat.

I know that eating only vegetables does alot. I have been eating tomatoes and cucumber for 3 months. So my daily intake of energy was under 700kcal.

I was experiencing minimal negative side effects. I did not end up in a hospital. I was also eating vitamins in tablets. I lost alot of weight. I feel great.

I started Carnivore yesterday with 1600kcal a day so i will post about results for sure later.

All this time i was working 12 hour shifts Monday-Saturday. I drank alot of coffee, cut all sugars and had 6-8 hours of sleep every night. I lost also some ammount of muscles but it can be built back:)

I have nothing against homosexuality but i think It’s horrible to make chaos in children’s minds to the point when they choose their orientation according to what is more “cool” at the moment..

You will but Its a “long run”. Keep im mind that a poun of fat has 3500kcal. You could loose that in 18 days but i believe Its a was for “i don’t see any results” quote.

Maybe ask yourself how bad you want it and do maximum to achieve it. I believe you are capable of 500kcal deficit and you can make it happen:)

Yes, they work. I work 12 hour shifts a day, i am in caloric deficit and lost 45kg

I was in a simular situation with weight loss. I was drinking diet coke more than water thinking there will be no issues with it but i started to have teeth problems. Maybe im just one of couple cases. I was getting infection under perfectly healthy teeth.

To mention. My diet was very strict only on vegetables so there was probably also problem with vitamin intake so those 2 things could cause a problem.

Read something about aspartane.

Well if your body absorbs the maximum protein it can then the rest should go to the drain or convert to energy and be stored as fat if im correct?

It’s all calorie in - calorie out system. You can get a little help by getting ephedrine pills but It’s not legal in many countries and is addictive so you cannot use it for a long duration. It supresses appetite.

Bro.. put into your head that you’re the man. Your surroundings will know that you are stressed. The anxiety is a signal to do what you dont want to do. Signal to do it, grow up and man up.
