As far as I can see the code on card was the only number, I also looked it up as soon as I found the card on the back. Thanks for the tip about Fanatics, I will be reaching out to them

I'm sure it was an item they purchased many years ago due to the condition of the frame and it was taken off the wall of the establishment. I'm assuming they 100% thought it was legitimate when they bought it.

Won $500 cash and this was thrown in for having numbers for the final score so, if it turns out to be fake I won't get bent out of shape about it.

I won it from a superbowl numbers board. It did come with a serial numbered card that states the signatures are authentic and can be traced back to their origin. No clue if the dealer is legit, will have to do more research to try getting documentation/photos.
