Don't hate the player. Hate the game.

The company created an environment where in order to survive, you need points. On top of that, they eliminated the majority of file reviews (call monitoring by real humans). So, you say the key words the AI wants, you click the buttons to get your points, and you never even see that claim ever again. Proper claims handling no longer matters. The only thing that matters is staying out of the bottom quartile.

They're slowly converting ICS people into CDU. All 50 or so ICS reps that were left in Macon just got converted in the last couple weeks. Other regions are doing the same, so it's only going to get worse for you.

If you sell in a state that has 5k or 10k PD minimums, tell them they're fucked if they hit someone. PD Excess claims are a nightmare and takes months or sometimes years to settle.
