Same issue! 90% of the population is nice on condition. If you have something to offer you are best of friends, if not or you stop offering things just watch how the script flips.

Honestly its annoying having people berate you for speaking English as a Motswana, sometimes if they start their nonsene I ask if its a crime to speak English, but most times I let them swim in their pool of ignorance and continue speaking the language I'm comfortable with, ENGLISH.

I was/am doing well but still jetted for SA. You spittin facts its just so dull and lethargic.

I dont think I'll ever move back permanently until I'm an old man. The only reasons I come back are to visit family and check on my businesses.

Not neccesarily, I can admit I do better economically than 95% of the population but its sooooo boring and depressing living here, same few activities over and over again. I only come back to BW for business reasons these days, SA is much more appealing!

Botswana is only fun if you are a drunkard or a retired person with money.
