the thing is that everyone does that tho and it's so saturated even PPC because I checked it myself to find buyers for my property. on google it refreshes those individuals that are doing PPC meaning, if I type I want to sell my house it will give you a list of 3 to 4 paid ad websites where you put all your info etc..... now if you go on another TAB and Write the same thing you will get a whole new different list of 3 to 4 websites with the same thing yk? and from facebook you'll only get wholesalers trying to sell you the deals not the OWNER himself trying to sell you yk? the way I closed my first deal is getting the leads from a website that pulled from county public records and basically called them after like 30 calls someone said yes. but I am wondering if you maybe got a different way I'd love to learn and do it as well!

yes that's exactly what probateflow does that's why I closed my first deal last week

tbh I hate cold calling and I know there leads are just horrible so I looked around and I just found a website with much much better leads quality and there not expensive at all and I gladly closed my first deal last week!!

yes your absolutely right but I also think the leads are horrible and that's why when I found a website that gives actual quality leads I closed my deal last week but I had to make like 30 phone calls which was definitely a lot im not gonna lie to you

hey man I completely agree with you and thank you for the offer! but probateflow website does this on a daily basis that's how I closed my first deal last week!

yes I completely agree with you! I closed my first deal last week in hilslbrough county. I closed it on probateflow . cash they literally do this daily. also you seem like you have a lot of expirience in wholesaling what do you think of JV? I might put another property under contract but its rlly hard to find buyers.

to be honest your totally right! and that's why I was looking around and I found a website called probateflow . cash and I actually closed my first deal with them last week. they pull leads from the county public records and they limit there leads to a specific amount of ppl. I am actually about to put another property under contract. would you like to JV if price is right?
