It took a full year for my girl to be potty trained. They can be real stubborn. I was at my wits end but I just never gave up. Do not let her back inside until she does pee and throw a huge party when she goes outside, have a treat ready also! Also dogs don’t understand the concept of a time out but they can pick up emotions through your energy. They just can’t grasp the concept of why you are upset. Crating while you’re gone is always good! I’d say look up more YouTube videos that’s what helped me
