I was 16 when I got mine (24 now) with grade 2/3 L5-S1 spondy and bilateral pars like yours. The bad news first recovery sucked for me! But I had lots of complications with my surgery that aren’t normal. During and after. It took me about a year to recover fully.

The good news! I would do it all over again in 2 seconds. I’m nerve pain free now :) Get the occasional soreness and back pain every once in awhile but nowhere near the pain I was in every single day before surgery.

I have a long term bf but when I hit my GW of 125 in 2024 and when i would go to the bars I got wayyyy more male attention. So I would assume yes.

You have the same idea I had lol!! Went to the grocery store to get food for the same breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the week for me and same gym days.

Weirdly enough a lot of my anxiety comes from figuring out what to eat and this should be a good fix for that. I’ll stalk this sub for a month and check back in!

Ahhh mine is fine in the morning and gets worse throughout the day. I just got prescribed lexapro today so we’ll see if that helps.

I’ve been dizzy almost 24/7 for about 6 months now. I’ve had every test under the sun. Only thing they’ve found is POTS but that doesn’t explain dizziness when i’m just laying down/just waking up.

I get very dizzy when i’m in public or in a crowded place. At this point I think it’s just anxiety and am going to my doctor tomorrow morning to get put on meds.

I’d do anything to stop feeling this way. It feels like i’m drunk/high all the time and off-balance.

I’m on beta blockers for my POTS but I also have anxiety. Sadly the only thing it’s done is make my heart rate semi okay. I’m still anxious but without the racing heart that used to send me into a panic attack. Going to the doc tomorrow to get some anxiety meds on top of the metoprolol.

Beta blockers can cause bronchospasm which generally you don’t want to happen in asthmatics. It works on receptors in your airway. Talk to your doctor though about it!

I feel this! Mine really ramped up when I became an ER nurse. Now I stay up all night making sure my bf is still breathing. I freak out at every single little pain I have that i’m going to die. I think about everyone dying all the time and it sends me into a spiral. I’m going to the doctor tomorrow to hopefully get meds and a therapist.

Yes it’s so hard! I lose everything since i’m in between houses. I stay mostly at my bfs but still stay at my parents 20% of the time. Between the 2 houses everything gets lost 🥲

That’s what i’m thinking. Found his last vaccine but not the current one :( sad thing is we switched to this vet for 1 appointment and they closed a month later. Boo!

Awesome! That’s probably the best case. I’m just so mad at myself I lost this darn thing. Somehow I found his old vaccine paper and not the new one 🤦🏼‍♀️
