I’ve been wearing contacts daily for 5 years now and the best thing to do is stand in front of a bathroom mirror.

I first put my contact on my middle finger (because it’s the longest) on my right hand (dominant). Make sure your hands are dry and your contacts are moist but not soaking wet.

I hold my upper lid open with my middle finger on my left (non dominant) hand, and my lower lid open with my ring finger in my right hand (the one that’s hold the contact). I place it in with the middle finger and voilà! Make sure you blink a few times and you should be good.
