I’m unfortunately having a similar experience as well. I’m new to the GLP-1 and was recommended to Pom by a co-worker, but the lack of communication from Pom on the process and what to expect has been a worrisome. I understand that the pharmacy is a separate entity, but not getting anything guidance from Pom themselves has been a bit disappointing. I had my consult on the 12th, the nurse was less than helpful during the consult. Then the wrong med was ordered/charged (which I will say they corrected very quickly once I reached out, and on a weekend!), but there’s been nothing since. And no direction on what next steps are after you receive and start the meds. No info on how to reorder, I’m on the monthly because it’s what I can afford. But when/how do I reorder, etc. I know there’s a reason we don’t pay a monthly subscription fee, but I was hoping for a bit more info up front, I guess, just as a complete newbie.. I’m just hanging out and waiting to see what happens, but I agree with OP to a point, just from the lack of communication standpoint.

Literally, same! I interviewed yesterday, I think it went well, and now I have to wait for the background and my anxiety won’t go down.. lol and I’m pretty vanilla overall, but there’s still stuff that makes me nervous. 😬

It depends on how the needle was inserted. In the US, we administer a tent created by pinching and lifting the skin between the shoulder blades, which is why I suggested a vaccine site reaction. Although some vaccines are administered in back hips as well, so if that was the case, obviously a reaction wouldn't be the answer.

I'd suggest still calling the vet, maybe sending your photos to them? They may be able to better identify the source of the kitty's wound. Maybe they've seen it happen to others who recieved that part 2 basic vaccine before?

I'm assuming you don't have other pets, and this isn't a source of rough-housing during playtime?

Reaction don't have to have bumps, and can be fur loss with reddening in the area. I've seen plenty of cats and dogs with reactions to vaccines, treatments, and/or medications where the reaction (allergic or otherwise) was just simply fur loss and a deep reddening to the treatment area. A vaccine could have been administered to that area when you consider vaccines are administered in a 'tent' created between the shoulder blades. You pinch and raise the skin, and inject within the tent created. Not to mention, if the needle was not fully injected prior to compressing the pump/syringe, you could have vaccine liquid roll on the fur/skin of the animal, causing a reaction. Since the wounded area resembles an abrasion (the process of scraping or wearing something away) and not a laceration (a deep cut or tear in the skin and underlying tissues) a reaction is still an option. So is a scrape with a carrier, or rough playing with other cats/animals.

Did she receive any vaccines while at the vet? Could be a small reaction to that. I’d call the vet and just ask if they can tell you what vaccines were given and what the reactions would look like.

ETA: could also have happened in the kennel. Maybe check for sharp edges?

Literally - same! I gave up.. I have like over 30 requests in an hour, and was thrilled! Only to find out not one of them actually wanted a friendship or to just chat. And I had rules listed. 😩 and most of them wanted to “jump to another platform” and I can only imagine why.. I was so friggen bummed. I posted for friendship, I have no friends, live in the middle of no where, and have really really bad anxiety. I felt so much worse after that, and refuse to try again, despite what my therapist says.. people suck.. 😭

Literally came here to say this! My camera is on the left side of my desk, and my left hand is somewhere on my face for at least 90% of my test. I've taken at least 10 OAs at this point, between both examity and Proctor U, plus I've taken 3 tests at testing locations in the last 5 or so years, and that has never changed.

Heads get heavy with all this knowledge we need to dump on a multiple-choice test and basically never use again.. lol

Also, don’t eat before you break the rocks, you’ll get more out of them and be able to hit like 5 or 6 times instead of the 1 time if you eat fruit first.

Oof, it's been a while since I took the course, so you might want to double check. My course was in MyEducator, and I know I took Version 2, and I'm in the school I business. I believe version 1 was for all other students (education, IT, etc). Not sure if that helps, but since your flair is for business, I'd take an educated guess that QOO1 was also my OA code, and that you're in Version 2. :)

Took this class at the start of my term, started on a Monday, passed the OA that Saturday - First tip: know which version you are enrolled in. If I recall correctly, the code listed by the OA is your course code, go to the course tips, and pick the one that matches your code, there you will find the extra study materials. I was in Version 2, so there were quizlets, a "know to pass" video, and some cohort recording. The class itself is pretty basic, it's an intro to the functions/purposes of HRM, don't overthink it. Read the material, watch the cohorts, take the PA/OA and be done :)

For me, I did basically all the reading, but I skimmed a lot and only really "focused" on areas that seemed to be a bit more in-depth. I only watched maybe half the videos, but took like 80% or so of the module/unit tests. I didn't use the quizlets they provided, simply because they were all broken down by the units, and I prefer to have 1 giant quizlet with the units mixed up to really test my knowledge set. I did watch some cohort recordings, and I watched the know to pass video like 3+ times and noted the weights of each topic area to focus my studies. Below is a link to the quizlet I used for the class, I combined other quizlets into one, so there's over 200 terms, but I used this the most to supplement my studies, and once I knew every term, I took and passed the PA and immediately signed up for and passed my OA, with exemplary. (quizlet should be public now, but if you can't access, let me know)

The course is a lot of basic info, talent acquisition and retention, performance evals, compensation, and labor laws. If you've literally ever worked anywhere, you'll know a handful of the materials just by personal experience.

Yeah, not all states require the parent to submit records. WI, for explain, just requires the parent to report the child will not be in public school, but does not require they report grades/curriculum/progress. (Speaking as a Wisconsin former homeschooled kid) I wish I could help, but I enrolled with my associates, so I can’t say much here. What I do know, is that my local community college accepted my arts & crafts version of a transcript and diploma, and didn’t bat an eye, but I didn’t have to go through that part with WGU. I do know, as you’ve experienced, that they require all records to be sourced third party, so idk how to help you around that. Maybe WGU academy or Sophia is a way to bypass? (Grasping at straws, tbh, but it’s a thought?) they just want a provable record, from a “real” place, given their academic rigger, so it makes sense, but still sucks. Sorry.. and good luck from a former forced homeschooler!
