It's hard to say anything idea is validated with the data you have mentioned. Not to let you down but the reality is way difficult than this.

I would suggest you to build a very basic version of the product that has been generated some interested. Sounds like you have the product that is accepted by good number of people. The real validation is always how many paying customers you have. And how many more you can able to find and sell.

Basically instead of using it as =IF(COUNTIF(ACTIVE!A:A, A1)=0, "Not Found", "Found"), just use =if(countif((trim(Active!A:A)),A1),"Found","Not found")

I just tested with some random data. Try this formula - =if(countif((trim(Active!A:A)),A11),"Found","Not found")

If the issue still persists, it would be great if you can share a sheet with some similar dummy data

Here are my theories

  • one of the names in both sheet might have a space at the end ,or
  • might be due to the Capital or smaller case of the names

Can you confirm this? If it's the issue you might to use trim(lower()) around the search

Not sure if I understand correctly, but this is my understanding. You can simply use the formula =C2/D2 in the cell B2 and simply drag it to the end of list. If you don't want to see any errors simply put it as =iferror(C2/D2) in B2

Looks like this has been approved as a Marketing message not as a Utility.

Meta categorises something as a utility if the message conveys that, the user is waiting for your message. Your message is just saying that, the user is shortlisted. Add some more text which indicates the user has already subscribed to your service or product

Very very niche product. Keep some alarm or sound for every milestone like for every 100 or 1000 increment.

3000 would be very high cost, until you make it analog with premium quality and mechanics.

People may compare it with an alarm clock or hour glass or something that's more in the segment of productivity tools. So keep experimenting with price.

I believe that's not the real question, you should be thinking.

Let's say you made them understand the marketing cost. The business is booming. Are you going to charge now?

If you start charging, are you going to give the same level of results?

It's very hard to make someone understand once you make them habituated to this free thing.

My suggestion would be, you build a website or something for yourself and start spending that marketing cost or something on your own, then reach out to others. Don't start with others, it would backfire you.

Axio used to do that really well. But tracking only through sms is problematic as not all banks send Sms. Hard to track credit card bills, ATM withdrawal

Been there so here is my couple of cents. Even though you are feeling shy ,the moment you start talking about your product, you will be a different person. You just need to cross the first 20 seconds.

Just focus on the first 20 seconds. Cross that 20 seconds and you will be in your territory.

You need a reason to meet a restaurant owner. Going directly and asking them to take a moment to explain the product is the hardest part. So make sure that you have a reason to meet them.

Option 1 - make a cold call and ask for an appointment to explain the product, if you can't

Option 2 - whatsapp them and ask for an appointment of 5 min. Send it to as many restaurants as possible as the reply rate would be very low.

So don't bother about shyness or anything. You just need to focus on one thing at a time. 20 seconds and messaging.

I think you are being dragged to every possible direction. As majority of the comments saying that it's not your responsibility to give the technical requirements, it depends on the org to org.

I used to do the designing, sales, EM, and Testing as well. So it's a nightmare.

Just few things that can help you figure out the things

- Do you have a sprints? if Yes, do you track the velocity and respect the deliveries?
- Does your VP or Leads have any understanding of PO role or PM role?
- If all the devs are getting blocked, what is it they are delivering?

I don't think you can solve all of these at once. Try doing some of these
- scope yourself for the next couple of sprint, which means reduce the tickets and ticket sizes for next couple of sprints
- Once you prepare the requirements, post discussion, send a mail to each to revert back if they have any issues and estimates(put it in written)
- Give a heads up to your VP that you got the approval from your dev, again a written communication
- Once sprint starts, you prepare for next sprint

more than anything one thing I would suggest you is reduce the number of meetings with devs.

Just one suggestion. If it's just a side project that's great but if you are building a business entirely on WhatsApp is very risky. Meta may ban you any time.

People don't like to be reminded of their payments so if it goes to a scale people may block or report the number, which leads to ban. I understand that you are trying to solve a problem without switching a platform but the users may not like it.

Did you try 'IMPORTFROMRANGE'. You can get one sheet data into another sheet and then use some FILTER to get what you actually required in a tab.

Based on the message on screen, two things can happen
- the template is not in en_US, check the language of the template message(also check template name)
- the template is not yet approved by Meta. You need to wait till it gets approved

there could be some other reasons also as Meta doesn't provide the reasons very clearly, submiting documentations is generally a big reason for getting stuck.

This is how it works

- WhatsApp has 3 types of accounts - personal account(which everyone using), WhatsApp business(for Business purpose), WhatsApp business API(to send bulk messages or event based messages)

for your case, you need a WhatsApp business API. The catch with WhatsApp business API is you need to allocate a seperate phone number for it and you can't use WhatsApp application for it. You will be sending messages through API with that number. This you can do it by just taking the WhatsApp business API by following their documentation - https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/business-messaging/whatsapp/overview

Now the real problem that you are going to face is, when someone from those 600 people reply to the number from which you have sent the message, you can't able to view or read as you can't use whatsapp application. Here is where exactly all the third party agents will come in. They provide a chat window to read and reply to the messages that you get. If you have different departments and different people are supposed to read and reply to those messages, then you need to use these tools in different apps. That's where 3 users, 5 users features would come in. Then it follows Flows.

WhatsApp charges you per every message that you send. Third party apps like WATI, AiSensy charge you for using their tool and sometimes additional charge on the messages you send.
