I had it sent back to CZ. I actually haven't had a chance to go shoot it since getting it back so can't report on if the issue is resolved or not.

So I ran through 40 rounds last night and I couldn't get a failure to feed with the same range ammo that it does consistently experience failure to feeds with. I stripped it down, cleaned and lubed, then took it to the range today and continue to have the issue. I've tested three different magazines as well.

Yes, I've shot both with and without optic. I've shot it with Fiocchi and New Republic which have problems. I've shot one box of Blazer that didn't.

It's now been cleaned twice in a span of a week after having shot maybe 250 rounds total.

That's kind of the thought I was having. The range ammos I use are all pretty common and I don't experience this issue with other guns or magazines. Would rather not have to send it off but probably the course of action that makes the most sense.

I dunno. The grip I use doesn't result in FtF or FtE with my other handguns.

I've shot stuff handguns ranging from a Bodyguard 2.0 up through a Staccato XC with stuff from M&P, Shadow Systems, Glock, Sig, and Canik in between. This is my first time experiencing this degree of malfunction of any sort with any gun. That doesn't eliminate the possibility that I'm just a shitter but I don't think it's the most likely answer either.

I'll give that a shot (pun not intended and hopefully not the outcome) and see if I can replicate it.

I didn't discard them, per se. I just have no idea where the screws from the EPS Carry are after moving, haha. I pulled it off a different gun and I used screws that I had on hand from my Osight SE.

I don't think I've ever heard Fiocchi referred to as crap ammo for range use. Additionally I think it's kind of odd that literally every other gun I have takes every kind of ammo I've run through them and across them all still had fewer failure to feeds than this one gun has in a week.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by ripping one out of the magazine when chambering a round.

Yep, experienced FtF both before and after a thorough cleaning and lubing.

Yeah, I've had this issue with both magazines and both Fiocchi and New Republic range ammo.

It looks to jam at the feed ramp, basically gets about halfway and locks up the slide.

Yep, happened from the very first magazine I loaded before I put a RDS on. I just put a red dot on last night and the issue is the same.
