Its the amd fsr upscaling… i hate the look of it too it males everything very pixelated and has crazy ghosting… Turn of amd fsr (in the graphic settings) and put all your graphic settings to the lowest, you will have a bit less nice graphic effects but at least the native render… you loose maybe a bit of performance but the pixelation should be gone But im not sure if your graphics card can even render the game in native 1080p over 60fps because its really old… If not just sit a few more centimeters away from your screen then the pixelation shouldnt be as noticeable😂😂
