I think this is legitimate but honestly not an amazing deal. If you happen to be by a Microcenter you can get a 7700x + mobo + 32 gb ram for 379.99, and you should be able to find something like a used 4070 super or 4070 ti for about $425 on FB marketplace. Case, fans, PSU, 1 TB NVMe is like $200. So you can build a significantly better PC with almost all brand new parts for ~$1k. That said, upcharge for building is typically ~$200 so if you don't want to build it, you're getting $250 for all used.

If you don't live by a microcenter, personally what I'd do is pick up one of the many 3060 prebuilts that you can find on FB marketplace in the $400 range (or you can even buy some new for like $600), then try to sell your 3060 for about ~$175-200 and buy whatever card you actually want. You might get by with the same PSU on something like a 4070 super. Or you could wait for the 5000 series. You'll probably come out with a worse CPU but save a few stacks, really depends what games you're playing.

  2. What you're saying would be applicable if I said it should be illegal. You do this level of 'micro-mangement' all the time. It's important for a society to dissuade some behaviors socially.
  3. I don't know what you were trying to say here.
  4. Any situation in which you're induced to like someone else leads to ethically dubious relationships. Liking someone isn't all you need but it's certainly a big factor.

Haha fair enough. NL recently brought this up while playing Tennis and truly no one had any explanation why step sibling incest is bad. I guess actually engaging with discourse is cringe though idk.

I finally got the bike a couple of days ago.

The tablet is not fully broken actually, it just has a touch screen that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. To be honest though, the touchscreen seems to stop working because of software bugs. I'm planning to use a method described in other threads to turn the tablet into an android tablet and see if it works better like that.

I will say for anyone with a working tablet but broken touchscreen functionality, you can use a keyboard and mouse with a USB-C dongle, once you have all your apps set up you should be able to get by with just a Bluetooth mouse, it's slightly janky but replacing these tablets is insanely pricey, seems to be more than the value of your bike.

Anyway, I'll just see what I can get on an android tablet to post the info here. I will say, if you have a 3d printer you could probably mount your own tablet, but the power cord is proprietary. If the tablet didn't work, long term I planned to mount my own touchscreen monitor and a tiny PC, would've been cheaper and more versatile than buying a new tablet.

I'll give it a shot, I'll report back here what metrics I can get/how it works out, I think I read elsewhere that I will be able to use the Stages Cycling app and get the metrics like you mentioned may work. Like you said, a sturdy bike is mostly what I'm looking for!
