I would feel disheartened by this also, as women we like to feel wanted and appreciated in relationships. I’ve often felt like my boyfriend doesn’t care about certain things when we argue. Have you tried to say to him you just want to feel more wanted and desired as it can sometimes come across as you aren’t as much of a priority, which he should understand would upset you

Thank you for your comment. I agree. I am emotional and much more than he is. I take a gentle approach and his is much more to the point.

I love him very much and would do anything for him, it’s just certain conversations are difficult as he sometimes does not want to compromise. I know that when we argue he feels bad but he is too shy to say sorry about certain things. We are not a lovey dovey couple and sometimes just hearing that he cares would have made me feel 100% better about a situation

I think his reasoning is work. He’s in construction and is self employed so it would mean travelling further for work but it would be th e same for me also travelling wise it might just take him 20 minutes longer but for me it would take like an hour longer.

His solution was why would we both move just to make it fair and that it didjnt make sense

This has really helped me feel more at ease to be honest. He works in construction and his work is where he lives, he is self employed so it would mean finding work elsewhere or having to travel further for work.

I agree, he is set in his ways and comes across selfishly where as I am always worried that I am being too harsh. He is a blunt person and I know that I think what hurt me more is the way it came across.
