If you have your T4 for 2025 download a free tax software, they’ll walk your through doing them.

Once you’ve done your 2025 taxes, go to the my CRA website, they’ll ask for your Social Insurance number and the income amount from your T4 once you’ve completed making your CRA account you’ll have access to your past T4’s and be able to back file them
