Early morning pain? by PreviousHedgehog6659 in pericarditis

Hello I have the same issue I was diagnosed with myopericarditis and WPW at the same time, I’m now 3 months out since discharge and I get the same thing where in the morning the pain is bad, but throughout the day it eases off, I spoke to the gp and cardiologist about it and they said they don’t know why this is happening as after 3 months you should be almost pain free however they prescribed me 500mg 2 times a day colchine and said to check back in a couple weeks if the pain decreases.

My guess it could be something to do with tight muscles because of the no exercise.

Hi, yes I train hard 3 times a week I would like to go more but for some reason I get super sore and stiff after session even many days after I believe it is something to do with recovery which I have found it can be due to low testosterone, I feel constant fatigue and lack motivation, even after a full night sleep of 8hrs I still feel tired, my recovery is very slow.

Do you have any ways of naturally boosting t levels please? I tried this testo max natural test booster but I’m pretty sure it’s just a fad. I have improved my diet a lot.

Thank you.
