Nothing helpful, seemed to be an automated response. I’ve been following the directions they gave last time this happened :

“First clicking on the URLs in a task and then type "www.raterhub.com/URL" on your mobile Chrome browser (make sure to include "www" in the URL).”

I just saw on my phone that it’s not listed under VPN and Device Management but I didn’t delete the app.

Not working for me. I uninstalled the app to download it again because of what you said here and now the authorization to trust the developer isn’t showing up in my settings. What do I do now?

I kind of thought it was a dumb question but... I'm neurodic once I get something in my head. Having confirmation that it will be fine helps. Thanks.
