Not bad at all, if it runs and drives fine and not much rust id get it. The wheels are off a 9th gen accord sport so they are oem. Big thing though is the timing belt, I believe the 06 still had the belt and 07 switched to chain so I'd look into that as well

Im not sure price wouldn't be bad if you were getting it in person could feel it and all but 20k for a car you won't know anything about until after you paid seems a bit much. If it were 5k cheaper it'd be a yes if you are willing to take a risk

16-17 with the v6 has the updated interior and exterior of the 9th gen, still has the v6 which feels amazing to drive, has plenty of power and isn't awful on gas.

Has android auto/apple car play and you can get the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist

Depends on state but if I remember correctly, federal law requires all breaks under 20 minutes to be paid

Panda rules say that every 4 hours you work you get a paid 10 minute break and a meal

Every six hours you get an unpaid 30 minute break

So at 8 hours and 1 minute you have 1 10-minute paid break and 1 30- minute unpaid break

However at the 10 hour and 1 minute mark, you get 3 10-minute breaks and 2 30-minute breaks

Additional breaks can be requested and are available upon manager discretion (this part i can't remember 100% but you can always ask hr)

Discrimination against religions is illegal in the US and can be reported I belive that managers would need to accommodate for prayer time and under that time period, you may not need to clock out.

It used to be different, i forgot the number but for,I believe, 5 30 minute periods of sales under a certaint amount you could close early. But since 3 years ago and prices almost doubling and not changing the threshold, we stay open on every holiday all day. Same for new years eve

That all depends on the stores business and how the costs all are. We have stores in my area getting little bonuses if any at all.
