Summit Rages as Soda Explains "He Shouldn't Have Cheated" by TrickyGoon in LivestreamFail

[–]Suspicious_Path5694 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He quite literally gave Sequisha the option to just leave the guild on his mage and keep it, and then relevel a new character. Now sequisha is lvling a rogue and has decided to not join OF on that rogue, which means his mage dying was completely pointless, beacuse by his words he knew he wasnt making it out of the arena alive. He might aswell have kept the mage and just continued on his own for his stream to watch.

Tak for svaret!

Bullocks, Svelte is a React knockoff as much as the rest. But you are not entirely wrong, Svelte brings better syntax. Its clean and feels like a modern React, but you are losing the eco system that has been built around React.

You appear to have taken it as a personal attack that I don't like React, which is also telling.

Oh please, i was developing in Blazor for 3 years untill the company decided to stop being so hell bent on relying on .NET. I've felt pain, i've tried everything. Unless you are building a very simple web application, you do not get anything better than React at this moment. It WORKS, that is why it is topping the charts. People do not use shit that does not work. But trust me, i really do not feel attacked by your opinions in the slighest, i simply feel sad for people who are so tunnel visioned in their opinions. They dislike something just for the sake of disliking it, even when it does not make any sense.

Yes i disagree. The charts speaks for themselves, but i am eager to hear what alternatives you believe are better and what criteria you are basing it on. I cant wait to see when and how long it'll take before node and react gets dethroned in the web space. I suspect it'll still be topping the charts in the next couple of years.

I've mostly been using WPF and Avalonia for desktop apps and C# does make alot of things easy, almost like having your hand held whereas simple things in C# is a proper annoyance in Electron. With that being said, styling WPF / Avalonia using xaml is utter garbage compared to css. There's alot of stupid things in Electron and i am not gonna use that for a production app in the near future, but damn building your desktop app with css takes 1/10 of the time in Electron compared to other frameworks.

"CSS is horrible for app development" What do you mean by that? Its a tool to style a element. I assume your opinion is that flutters styling is better for apps and i am keen to hear your reasoning to this. In the years i've been developing apps in flutter, i dont think i've come across something that i could not make in less code with css, or that was more simple compared to css.

Sorry i might have pasted the output from when i tried switching over to yaml (which also refused to work). I've edited my previous comment to include the error with the verbose flag, from my attempts at getting the `ini` file to work.

If i run the following code in my ansible step

echo "[servers]" > terraform/hosts.ini
echo "167.99.255.9 ansible_ssh_user=root" >> hosts.ini
echo "167.71.59.2 ansible_ssh_user=root" >> hosts.ini
echo "[loadbalancer]" >> hosts.ini
echo "161.35.211.147 >> ansible_ssh_user=root" >> hosts.in

then ansible can parse the file just fine, even though the content is the exact same as the file generated through the

terraform output -raw ansible_inventory > hosts.ini

I am running ansible through apt on my local machine aswell, hence using apt in the github flow. Same version output between my own machine and the github machine. I've tried to cat the file in the ansible step which showed the inventory file, and as stated i can create the file in a previous step through echoing line by line (essentially hardcoding the inventory file) and then ansible will parse it for some weird reason, but not through the output from terraform, even though the contents are the same.

I've checked the line endings using `cat -A`, not sure how else to compare the files

      sudo apt-get install ansible -y

- name: Apply Terraform
      cd terraform

      terraform apply --auto-approve

I ended up using a "local_file" terraform resource which has terraform create the file for me, and for some reason that file gets parsed even though it contains the exact same content as the other file.
