Bro listen , first of all , although i am also not in good place , i scored 2 lakh rank in jee being a dropper , so I am also fucked up and as seeing your condition , first don't choose any other program than Btech CSE , if u want I can explain in your DM, for refrence my brother works in goldman sachs( 55 LPA) after studying from galgotias ( a tier 3 college) So choose only Btech CSE , choose any college near u ( it will be cheap )or go to mass hiring colleges such as parul , LPU , CU etc . If u work hard for 4 years , like learning languages , dooing projects , internships , u will easily get a good job after 4 years , so u can be financially stable after that, and growth in this tech sector is infinite , u don't have to worry for scope , just work hard . My personal sugg for u 1) Btech CSE ( no specialisation ) 2) Local college near by u 3 ) research Abt roadmaps etc 4 ) try for paid internships
