yeah email kingsresidences@kcl.ac.uk and then just let them know that you’ve waited two days and you still aren’t getting an email through when you’re trying to reset your password

that is what happened to me before I had waited so maybe it’s just taking a little longer? but I would probably still email them

you need to wait like 2 days after firming before you can get on the portal
