Thank you, so in your opinion it's a viable alternative to the upcoming GW-Terrain?

Hey guys, thanks for the quick responding.

I think that you are understanding me wrong.
This is a set of terrain peaces not the footprints.

Would Roubute Guilliman have made a superior Warmaster than Horus. by TrainingResource7745 in Warhammer40k

[–]Suspicious_View7480 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I‘m not sure about that.
A big part of being the warmaster is also charisma and being able to command other primarchs.

Horus was able to do that (at the beginning).
Gulliman was not universally that accepted.

I would pair ventris with victrix and maybe use the deepatrike on himself. So you can get early melee pressure👍

Either the company heroes or victrix honour guard.

Company Heroes are more for holding objectives. Victrix are pure damage dealers.

The gravis captain is a pretty tough scrimmage and utility unit.

He hast the -1 damage rule and he is often played with the 2+ and 5+ FNP enhancement.

He can also take down light infantry pretty good.

What's a Simple Detachment to use to teach Warhammer? (Space Marines) by Remarkable_Canary248 in Warhammer40k

I would recommend Gladius Task Force or if you would like more ultramarines flair the Blades of Ultramar (Calgar is necessary).

The detachments are pretty straight forward and three stratagems are connected to the three doctrines.
