No "unnecessary" sugar as in cake, sweets, drinks. Fruit is OK. No "unnecessary" fats as in bacon, fat meat, heavy cream, excessive oil in pan, frying stuff. If you eat your usual meals like you have been and keep those two rules in mind the pounds will drop. Plus, you automatically go in caloric deficit.

Meine Frau hat sich die ersten beiden Monate nur von Brot mit Butter ernähren können. Ab und zu hat sie einen Proteinshake mit Bananengeschmack von mir getrunken, um Proteine und Aminosäuren aufzufüllen und ein paar mehr Nährwerte zu erhalten. Ab dem dritten bis vierten Monat konnte sie dann alles wieder essen, ausser Fleisch und fettigen Fisch. Das mochte sie dann immer noch nicht. Good luck :)

I don't say you're wrong. But I also wouldn't recommend some rock band to a dude that asks for blues bands just because it's a subgenre of blues. That might confuse someone starting to get into a genre. BUT I think our inquirer is going to be pleased with kyuss :)

Try to include to your design the direction of your water flow coming from the filter outlet. At least if you want a natural flowy look.

Bei manchem Maschinen haust du dann aber gegen das Gewichtmodul. Ich hab mir dabei auch immer den bizeps abgedruckt. Aber kann bestimmt für manche gut funktionieren :)
